Book has edgewear, one front corner crease, a crease in the rear cover, a water-ring stain on the back cover, some water-staining but no mildew to the outer pages, a creased spine and two store stamps. One on the inside of the front cover and one on the first page. First page has one corner trimmed. Pages are tight to the binding and the text is clear. Scarce early Susan Johnson.
